Erin is a certified pediatric sleep and potty training consultant with over a decade of experience helping families create healthy routines that truly work. Before pursuing this career, she spent nine years as an elementary teacher and reading specialist, gaining a deep understanding of child development, learning styles, and the importance of consistency.
After becoming a mother to her two boys, Ashton (10) and Avery (7), Erin discovered firsthand how vital healthy sleep and a positive potty training journey are for the entire family. That experience inspired her to earn certifications in Pediatric Sleep Consulting, Potty Training Consulting, Newborn Sleep, and Special Needs Sleep Training. Since then, she has had the privilege of guiding families through one-on-one support, providing strategies that are personalized, practical, and sustainable.
Erin’s goal is always to empower parents—not just by giving them a plan, but by helping them understand the “why” behind it. This approach allows families to build confidence and maintain success long after their work together. Whether it’s establishing restful sleep routines or navigating potty training with positivity and patience, Erin is passionate about helping families find solutions that fit their unique needs.
She would love the opportunity to support your family and help you create the calm, consistency, and confidence you deserve.
“When we were struggling with getting our daughter to sleep, we reached out to Sleepy on Hudson and Natalie was a dream! You would think by our third child we could handle getting the baby to sleep, but we had fallen into the typical bad habits of getting her to do so. Natalie came in and had her sleeping through the night right away and did away with all the bad habits! She also became a better napper and eater because of it.” - Katie
